Busenur Kızılaslan, one of the faculty members of our department, gave the Best Oral Presentation among young statisticians at The International Conference on Trends and Perspectives in Linear Statistical Inference (LINSTAT'18) held on 20-24 August 2018 in Bedlewo, Poland, with the study "Intuitionistic Fuzzy Ridge Regression Functions". It was awarded the second prize in the Presentation (Young Scientist Awards) category.
